Terms & Conditions

Pre-Booking for A Fantastic Adventure at Redfox:  

Your credit or debit card details will not be seen or stored by us. They will be processed securely by our Payments Processor, Worldpay, who are approved by Visa, MasterCard and all the major banks.

Your commitment to us:

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of your contract with Redfox Gardenworld, Gateshead.

Prices:

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no additional fees. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Please ensure you have booked a ticket for EVERY member of your group.

Cancellations:

Unfortunately we CANNOT issue any refunds for cancellations or no shows. Please feel free to pass any bookings on and amend details where necessary. Any missed bookings WILL NOT be able to rearrange for a later date.

Online Booking:

Please bring along your ticket email on your phone and/or email print out.

Timings:

Please arrive at the check in desk 10 minutes prior to your stated entry time. Whilst we will do everything in our power to ensure you enter the attraction at your pre-booked time, should you arrive later due to unforeseen circumstances we will try our upmost to get you in as soon as we can, if possible, HOWEVER THIS IS NOT GUARENTEED.

Booking Amendments:

Amendments can be made up to 48 hours prior to your visit by logging into your account, this only includes changing your date and time. REDFOX STAFF CANNOT AMEND YOUR BOOKING.

REDFOX STAFF WILL NOT TOLERATE ABUSIVE LANGUAGE, PLEASE BE MINDFUL DURING THESE BUSY PERIODS!
