Can we visit without pre-booking online?

No!

Booking is Essential. Every visitor to a Redfox Event must pre-book online.

Do you offer Autism friendly visits? (CHRISTMAS EVENT ONLY)

Yes, we have dedicated Autism friendly sessions between 09:00am and 09:50am every Sunday morning. Each family group will have a unique entry to the attraction. Sounds and lighting can be adjusted to ensure maximum enjoyment for the guests.

Booking groups larger than 9 people. (CHRISTMAS EVENT ONLY)

We do accept bookings for families up to 9 people. For Health & Safety we cannot allow more than 9 people to see Santa at the same time.

Any Schools or Organised Groups please email us at redfoxnurseries@aol.com asap to ensure we can fit you in as this is limited availibility.

Do we need to pay for all the people visiting the attraction?

Yes, every visitor must be accounted for (including babies from 0-6month).

Every booking must include at least 1 full paying child. 

All adults and older children must purchase an adult ticket to gain entry.

Do babies receive a gift? (CHRISTMAS EVENT ONLY)

Yes, we have lovely gifts suitable for babies from birth.

Babies under 6 months can enter for free, without receiving a gift, aslong as there is at least 1 paying child also.

Every visitor must be accounted for, including free babies.

Is the attraction wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the entire attraction has wheelchair access throughout.

Do we have to enter at the specific booked time slot?

Yes!

You must arrive for your allocated time slot on time, we recommend arriving 10 minutes prior.

Any late arrivals will unfortunately either be turned away or allowed to enter later in the day if space becomes available, however this is not guaranteed.

How long will our experience last?

You must enter at your specific booked time, however once inside you can enjoy your experience at your own pace to suit your party. There is no specific end time.
